Managing a Business

Our trio has been working as a freelance group in the internet for almost a year and it has been successful so far. We are on our way in establishing our own company with some employees in a few months and we are already making some preparations for that. We have been studying how to give employee appraisals to know how an employee will fit our organization needs. We are also constantly inquiring about the procedures in government offices through some legal consultants.

 
The progress of our group is picking up its phase and it seems to be growing faster than we expected. We are all happy about this but we are also having some difficulties in catching up with the phase. In a year or so, we are projecting that we will triple our revenues and expand further expand our operations. This is what we’ve dreamt about ever since we were all working for the same company. We decided to resign and make our own group to turn this dream of ours into a reality.
